Who is Session Folio for?
Therapists who want to complete a worksheet with a client during a session, in the room or on a call.
What can I do in a session?
Open a worksheet and fill it together. In the room, hand over the device. On a call, present the page and share your screen. Your private notes stay off the client copy.
How do I keep the finished page?
Send it to yourself by email, download it, print it, or share the file to Dropbox and other apps.
What is in the library?
A set of worksheets for the session you are in. A few pages are free to try. Practice is the rest of the library.
Can I use my own worksheets?
Yes. Upload a PDF or a written page, then add fillable fields. Those pages stay under Yours, on this device, and are not added to the shared library.
What is a workbook?
A folder for worksheets you save. Practice members can make workbooks in their practice library. They stay on this device.
How much is Practice?
$9.99 a month, or $96 a year. The yearly price is about 20% off. The open pages stay free.
How do I pay?
Choose Membership, pick monthly or yearly, and continue to Stripe. Stripe takes the card. When the payment is confirmed, Stripe sends the member back and Practice unlocks on that device. The site does not unlock a pass unless Stripe confirms it.
How do I cancel?
Cancel subscription on the Membership page opens Stripe’s customer portal. Canceling there stops future charges. It does not turn Practice off on this device. End pass on this device does the opposite: it turns Practice off here and does not cancel Stripe.
Does my work follow me to another computer?
No. Worksheets you fill, notes, uploads, and the Practice pass stay in the browser you used.
