Session Folio is a session aid for clinicians. It is not a designated record set, an electronic health record, or a crisis service. Do not enter protected health information (PHI), including a client’s name or other identifiers. Information entered here is stored in the browser, is not encrypted at rest, and is not protected by the administrative, technical, or physical safeguards required under the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. Session Folio is not a HIPAA-compliant repository and must not be used to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI. If a client is in danger, follow your emergency protocol. In the US, call or text 988.
